Stackable Group Pty Ltd (ACN 692 067 244) (Stackable, we, us or our) collects personal information about you to provide our courses and services, manage your account, communicate with you and for other purposes set out in our Privacy Policy at www.stackable.app/privacy.

We usually collect your information directly from you. If you verify your identity, Stripe performs the verification and provides us with the result. We may disclose your information to third-party service providers that help us operate our platform, and to the other recipients listed in our Privacy Policy. Some recipients are located outside Australia, including in France and the United States.

If you do not provide the information we ask for, we may not be able to provide our services to you.
